FAQ about Leaner Stronger Rider
What equipment will I need for the workouts?
All workouts in the Leaner Stronger Rider program are designed to be done at home, but you will need some equipment to really tap into the muscle gain and fat loss benefits.
You'll need dumbbells (pairs of 10-pound and 15-pound dumbbells are a great place for most horsewomen to start) and either the ability to run outdoors OR a cardio machine like a stationary bike, elliptical, or treadmill.
Tip: You can usually find great deals on dumbbells and cardio machines on websites like Facebook Marketplace. You probably even have a friend who will let you borrow what you need!
I don't have any experience in the gym. Can I do this?
Absolutely! All of the workout videos are follow-along style.
I'll coach you through every exercise, plus harder and easier versions to suit your individual level.
How big is the time commitment per week?
Your Leaner Stronger Rider workouts will take 2 hours per week.
The program includes optional, rider-specific extended warm-ups and directions for how to include additional exercise if you wish.
Your program materials (video, audio, and written guidance) will take about 30-40 minutes per week to complete.
How long will I have access to the program?
Purchasing the Leaner Stronger Rider program gives you lifetime access.
If you decide to become a TSE Member, you'll have access to Leaner Stronger Rider (plus all other membership benefits) as long as your membership is active.
Is it a good deal to become a member?
The Sweaty Equestrian membership is $55 per month, $138 per quarter, or $228 for 6 months.
